Aleah Rae

Aleah Rae is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in knowledge management and support operations, currently serving as Sr. Manager - Global Knowledge Base & Support Operations at Altus Group since January 2016. In this role, Aleah is responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing content for the ARGUS Community globally, developing content delivery strategies to support ARGUS software solutions. Previous experience includes positions as a Global Knowledge Base Manager, Global Knowledge Base Specialist, and Software Support Analyst, where responsibilities included providing application support, implementing software applications, and utilizing SQL for database configurations. Earlier, Aleah worked as an Administrative Assistant for the Carpenters International Training Fund, contributing to the design of an online learning management system and managing registration processes. Aleah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Harding University.
