Jane McCormack

Jane McCormack (Moore), CHRL has an extensive work experience, starting in 2003 as a Human Resources Coordinator at Gilmore Partners. Jane then worked as a Project Administrator at ICON plc in 2005, followed by a role as a Project Coordinator and HR Generalist at John Sisk & Son Ltd in 2006.

In 2006, Jane joined PwC and held several positions throughout their tenure. Jane worked as a Human Resources Administrator in Advisory Services and National Benefits, then as a Recruiter and HR Generalist in Advisory Services. Jane progressed to the role of Human Resources Manager in Consulting & Deals, followed by a secondment role as a Consultant in People & Change Consulting. At PwC, they also served as a Senior Manager in Human Capital Service Center, where they managed a team of 14 and oversaw the strategic direction and operational excellence of the center.

Jane's career continued at PwC, where they worked as a Director in HR Transformation, Chief of Staff in Deals & One Analytics, and Human Resources Director in the Divestiture Team: Buy-Side HR Design. Jane concluded their time at PwC as a Strategic People Projects Lead in Global HR Transformation.

Most recently, Jane joined Altus Group in 2024 as the Global Human Resources Director.

Jane McCormack (Moore), CHRL, holds an Honours B.Comm degree from the University of Guelph. Jane has also obtained the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRL) certification from HRPAO.
