John Greenwood

John Greenwood is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate sector with extensive experience in client account management and strategic operations. Currently serving as Senior Director in the Strategic Client Group at Altus Group, John has been instrumental in providing innovative technology and expert services to enhance asset performance and mitigate risk. Prior to this role, John held various leadership positions at CBRE from 2006 to August 2022, including Managing Director of Client Account Management and Global Director of Global Client Care. Earlier in John's career, significant contributions were made at Trammell Crow Company and Equitable Real Estate. John holds an MBA in Finance from Villanova University and has also studied at Saint Joseph's University.
