Josephine H. has a diverse work experience in various roles related to talent management, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Josephine is currently working as the Director of Global Talent Management and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Altus Group since July 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at DECIEM from July 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining The Home Depot Canada, Josephine worked at KPMG International as a Global Diversity Specialist from May 2010 to November 2012. In this role, they contributed to the development and implementation of diversity programs across KPMG member firms globally and supported various projects related to organizational engagement, global resourcing, and learning & development.

Earlier in their career, Josephine served as a Human Resources Generalist at Yee Hong Centre For Geriatric Care from May 2007 to April 2010, where they were involved in employee wellness, organizational change, recruitment, performance management, and occupational health & safety programs. Josephine also worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at APTUS Treatment Centre from May 2005 to May 2007, where they focused on occupational health & safety, recruitment, and providing HR advice.
