Lokesh Natoo

Lokesh Natoo is an experienced professional currently serving as the Center Head for India at Altus Group, where efforts focus on establishing the India Unit with effective people, processes, and practices for profitability. Previously, Lokesh held the position of Executive Director for Global Operations and Analytics at 21North Europ Assistance, managing operations, strategy, and analytics across multiple regions, including India, Southeast Asia, and Europe. Additional roles include National Vertical Head of Operations at Vodafone Idea Limited and various leadership positions at Idea Cellular Ltd, where significant contributions to operational efficiency and technology enhancements were made. Lokesh’s educational background includes an MBA in Operations from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development and a Bachelor's in Information Technology from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College.
