Lori Colussi

Lori Colussi is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Global Human Resources Business Partner at Altus Group since April 2024, Lori previously held the role of Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Global Operations at Astreya from 2021 to 2023, leading HR initiatives for a major IT solutions provider. Prior to Astreya, Lori served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Ventech Solutions, overseeing HR functions in a federal contracting environment. As the first HR leader at WHITESTONE GROUP, INC., Lori established HR functions to support significant growth in federal contract awards. Additional experience includes leadership roles at PCCW Teleservices, where strategic HR guidance was provided during a merger, and Accel Inc., where an HR transformation was implemented. Lori holds degrees from Franklin University and Columbus College of Art & Design.
