Melanie Fernandes

Melanie Fernandes is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in global talent strategy and HR business partnering. Since July 2017, Melanie has held multiple titles at Altus Group, including Human Resources Director for both Global Talent Strategy and Global Analytics, as well as HR Business Partner for Property Tax and Corporate Functions. Prior experience at McCain Foods from January 2008 to April 2017 involved roles such as HR Manager, HR Director for China, and HR Business Partner for Global Functions, where support was provided to various functions including finance and legal. Earlier in the career, roles included HR Generalist and HR Coordinator at Kingsway Financial Services. Melanie holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University.
