Nina Metcalf is an accomplished Talent Acquisition Leader currently serving as the Global Leader for Talent Acquisition at Altus Group since July 2017, where a strategic mindset and people-first approach drive global initiatives to attract and retain top talent in the real estate and technology sectors. Prior to this role, Nina Metcalf held various positions including Sector Head for Food, FMCG & Manufacture at SRG, where significant achievements included billing £243k in the second year. Prior experience also includes roles as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Huxley, focusing on contract engineering placements, and customer service positions at Nationwide Building Society.
