Tim Kuhn

Tim Kuhn, MAI, FRICS, currently serves as Director at Altus Group, leading Investment Management Services and overseeing teams that deliver asset management, acquisitions, and lending support to various real estate stakeholders. From January 2009 to November 2018, Tim held the position of Executive Director at JP Morgan, where responsibilities included managing and approving valuations for over $16 billion in institutional investments across multiple states. Prior to that, Tim was with BlackRock from December 1998 to November 2008, advancing through various roles including Regional Head of Acquisitions and Head of Dispositions. Academic credentials include a B.S. in Management Science from Kean University, obtained between 1987 and 1992.
