Tracy Ha

Tracy Ha currently serves as Senior Director of Global Rewards at Altus Group, where responsibilities include oversight of global total rewards, encompassing executive and broad-based compensation, wellness programs, and retirement plans, alongside leading the implementation of Workday modules. Previously, Tracy held the position of Director of Global Compensation and Benefits at Magna International, directing the strategic planning and compliance of compensation and benefit programs across multiple regions. Early career experience includes roles as Senior Manager, Compensation and Benefits, and Compensation Manager at Staples, focusing on various compensation and benefit initiatives for Canada and the US. Tracy holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, a degree in Strategic Leadership from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, and additional educational credentials from Seneca Polytechnic.
