Cathy Kamionka

Cathy Kamionka serves as the Senior Director of Global Total Rewards at Milestone Technologies, Inc. since January 2025, previously holding the position of Head of Total Rewards at YNV Group from September 2022 to January 2025. Cathy's extensive experience includes serving as Senior Director of Global Total Rewards at TELUS International from August 2015 to September 2022, where significant contributions included leading the compensation processes for the company's IPO, creating global equity and sales incentive plans, and implementing reward programs for Digital Solutions teams. Other roles encompassed Director of Global Compensation at TeleTech, where Cathy implemented standardized variable pay programs, and Global Compensation Manager at Gates Corporation, where a global compensation strategy was developed. Prior to these roles, Cathy was a Global Reward Strategy Manager at Accenture, aligning compensation strategies for a large global workforce.
