Victor Halter

Victor Halter has extensive work experience in HR, with a focus on senior roles and expertise in various industries. Victor is currently the Head of HR for EMEA Analytics and Global GTM Function at Altus Group since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Finance Active from November 2018 to November 2021. Before that, they were a Senior HR Advisor at Finastra from June 2017 to November 2018. Victor also held the position of Human Resources Advisor at Misys from March 2014 to June 2017, and HR Operations Partner at AREVA from May 2013 to December 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked at GL events, where they served as an HR Project Manager for Global Mobility and International Projects from September 2011 to August 2012, and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Recruitment, Internal Mobility, and Careers from April 2010 to September 2011.

Victor Halter holds a Master's degree in Management des Ressources Humaines et de la Relation from IAE Aix en Provence, which they obtained from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Responsable en Gestion - Pilotage de Business Unit from CIEFA Lyon - Groupe IGS from 2011 to 2012. In addition, Victor obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management et Administration des Entreprises from European School of Advanced Management (ESAM) - Groupe IGS, and another Bachelor's degree in Sciences de la gestion from IAE Lille 1, both from 2008 to 2011.
