Todd Beazer

Todd Beazer has over 20 years of experience in sales, business development, and program management. In 2019, they began working as a Capture Manager and Business Development for Altus Technical Solutions, LLC. From 2012 to 2018, they worked as a Business Engagement Program Manager and Program Analyst for the DC Department of Employment Services. Todd was promoted within 6 months of hire based on exceeding partnership acquisition goals to build and lead a dedicated team in growing strategic partnerships with businesses, non-profit organizations, and community-based organizations to expand agency’s job readiness and placement services. From 2004 to 2010, they worked for UPS in various roles, including Revenue Management Analyst Supervisor, Tax Accountant, and Business Development Sales Representative. From 2003 to 2004, they worked as a Major Account Sales Executive for CenturyLink (formerly Qwest Communications). From 2000 to 1999, they worked as a Senior Sales Account Executive for Digex (acquired by Verizon Enterprise Solutions). Finally, from 1999 to 2000, they worked as an Account Manager for RMW Enterprises, Inc., where they were instrumental in enabling the organization to expand in the federal marketplace and achieved 100% of quota by winning RFPs and proposals for four contracts valued at $5M with federal agencies.

Todd Beazer completed a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Morgan State University.
