Sunil Laxman is an experienced mechanical engineer with a strong background in plant operations and project management. Currently serving as Project Lead at Aludecor since July 2021, Sunil previously held the position of Ex Vice President-Technical at Aludecor Lamination Pvt. Ltd., where responsibilities included managing plant operations and implementing projects for backward integration. Sunil has also managed operations as Plant Manager at Qatar National Aluminium Panel Co. (Q-NAP), leading the stabilization of the Korean ACP line and integrating additional production lines. Previous roles include Plant Head at Durabuild Technologies Pvt Ltd., where Sunil oversaw projects for aluminum composite panels, and Project Engineer at Alkhaleej Metal Coat in Dubai, focusing on coating line upgrades. The career began as a Project Engineer at SWIL in Nashik, where Sunil contributed to the installation of rolling mills. Sunil holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, completing studies from 1978 to 1982.
