Brigitte Darmigny

Brigitte DARMIGNY has been working as a Human Resources Manager at Aludium since January 2015. Prior to that, Brigitte held various HR positions at ALCOA FRANCE SAS from September 1998 to December 2014. Brigitte holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and a DESA (licence bachelor) in the same field. With experience in applying group policies, managing HR resources, leading change, handling interactions with employee representatives, recruitment, and analyzing costs and KPIs, Brigitte has a strong background in HR management.
