Elie Ghazal

Elie Ghazal is Aludyne's Chief Operations Officer, a role he has held since January 2023. In this role, Elie is responsible for the overall strategic direction and leadership of the global plant operations, SHE, Quality, MP&L, and Operational Excellence.

Elie’s career spans over 30 years, specifically with Lear Corporation and TE Connectivity. Elie held roles of increasing responsibility, starting as an Industrial Engineer at Lear Corporation in Canada. During his tenure at Lear, Elie rose through the ranks as a Plant Manager, Director of Global Launch Readiness, VP of Global Quality, VP of Program Management, VP of China Operations, and VP of Global Continuous Improvement where he oversaw the process of a $12B Seating business unit and finally VP of North America Operations a $6B business unit. Elie joined TE Connectivity in 2019 as VP of Global Operations, a role he left in 2021 to provide Operational Excellence Consulting Services to mid-sized corporations and PE firms across the globe.

He has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada, and an MBA from Michigan State University – Eli Broad College of Business.
