Shady Elgendy

Shady Elgendy has extensive work experience in operations and logistics. Shady started their career at Wasla Nobel Talk as a Telesales representative in 2011. Shady then moved on to Engazat Group where they worked as an Operation Team leader from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Jumia Group and held various roles including Warehouse Senior Specialist, Aftersales & Reverse Logistics Supervisor, Inventory Manager, Head of Aftersales Operations & Reverse Logistics, and finally Head of Operations. Since 2019, Shady has been working as the Regional Director of Operations at Mumzworld.com.

Shady Elgendy completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Elshrouk Academy from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Saint Fatima Language School from 2000 to 2007, where they focused on Mathematics and achieved a 90% grade.
