Lead Product Engineer at Aludyne

Julien Brasseur has extensive work experience in the automotive industry, primarily with Aludyne. Julien started with the company in 2006 as a Product Engineer, where they led the product development and conducted CAE activities for multiple OEMs. Julien also developed and maintained documentation for engineering and program purposes. Later, they took on the role of Validation Engineer, responsible for designing testing rigs, performing mechanical testing, and implementing best practices to improve testing processes. In 2013, they became the Lead Product Engineer, supervising and mentoring other product engineers while leading product development for various OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. Throughout their career, Julien has shown expertise in chassis suspension components and has worked with companies such as GM, FCA, Nissan-Renault, and Stellantis.

Julien Brasseur obtained their Master's degree in Mechanical and Automotive Engineering from Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile in the years 2001 to 2006. Julien also holds additional certifications in FE-Based Fatigue Analysis, Fundamentals of Vehicle Suspension Design, GD&T Fundamentals, and VDA Product Safety & Conformity Representative (PSCR).
