Jon Melo

Jon Melo has a diverse work experience in human resources, business management, and software development. Jon started their career at YMCA of Greater New York as a Business/Human Resources Assistant and progressed to roles such as Assistant Business/Human Resources Manager. Jon then worked at Red Rabbit, LLC as a Business & Human Resources Manager before joining TriNet, where they served as a Human Capital Consultant, Senior Human Capital Consultant, and Compensation Partner. Jon also worked as a Freelance App & Web Developer at Payhouse before becoming a Lead Engineer at Forte in 2023.

Jon Melo completed an Associate of Arts in Psychology at Nassau Community College from 2003 to 2007. Jon then pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Queens College from 2007 to 2009. Jon furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Arts in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Brooklyn College from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, Jon has acquired various certifications in different fields over the years.
