Swapnil Gawande

Swapnil Gawande is a Senior Product Engineer at Aludyne since March 2017, having previously served as a Product Engineer. Responsibilities include performing CAE analysis, overseeing CAD modifications, approving prints and GD&T, and maintaining documentation such as BOM and DFMEA. Swapnil has extensive experience in initiating engineering change requests, leading design reviews, and serving as a technical liaison for customer approvals while collaborating with global teams across the USA, Europe, and China. Prior to Aludyne, Swapnil worked as a CAE Analysis Engineer at Dimensional Control Systems, focusing on FEA results for transmission components and employing technical solutions for engineering challenges. Swapnil holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering.
