Steve Meli is an accomplished professional in the flexible packaging industry, currently serving as the Managing Director at Aluflexpack Group since July 2024, where Steve is leading the launch of the company's first U.S. operation. Prior to this role, Steve held positions as the Director of Sales for North America at Totani America, and as the Director of New Business Development at American Fuji Seal. Steve's earlier experience includes serving as the New Business Development Manager at Starpak Corp., President of Pouch Solutions, General Manager at Precision Pouches, and Sales & Marketing Manager at Pactiv Corporation. Steve earned an Executive MBA from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The University of Akron.
