Ruth Wotela

Ruth Wotela is a dedicated professional in the field of People Wellness, currently serving as a PhD Candidate and People Wellness Executive at Alula since 2023. With a longstanding career at SilverBridge since 2013, Ruth has fulfilled roles as both a People Wellness Executive and HR Manager. Prior experience includes a Management Trainee position at JVR Africa Group and work as a Recruitment Consultant at Initiate International from 2009 to 2012. Ruth began a career in human resources as a Consultant at HR Outsource between 2007 and 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand, an Honours degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of South Africa, an Honours degree in Workplace Change and Labour Law from the University of Cape Town, and a Bachelor's degree in Organisational Psychology and Human Resources Management, also from the University of Cape Town.
