Kim Bender-Finan

Kim Bender-Finan currently serves as a Billing Coordinator and Operations Coordinator at Aluma Systems, a position held since July 2021. In addition, Kim has been a Board Member of Kaizen Softball since November 2012. Previous experience includes various roles at the Calgary Board of Education from September 2013 to June 2020 as a School Assistant, a Job Search Coach and Administrative Assistant at McBride Career Group from 1996 to September 2001, and a Supervisor at the Canada Employment Centre for Students in 1994. Additional roles encompass a Survey Coordinator at the Elgin Training Council in 1993, an Assistant Labour Market Information Analyst/Supervisor at Human Resources Development Canada in the same year, and an Occasional Teacher with the Ontario Public/Secondary School Teachers' Federation from 1992 to 1993. Earlier experience includes a Communications Assistant and Technical Assistant during a co-op term at IBM from 1989 to April 1990, and education from the University of Waterloo, where Kim earned a Bachelor's Degree in English with a focus on Rhetoric and Professional Writing from 1987 to 1992.
