Donald Grunloh is an experienced design and product support engineer with a strong background in new product development, manufacturing improvement, and regulatory compliance. Currently serving at Winona Lighting since August 2016, Donald focuses on creating manufacturable products and resolving manufacturing issues. Concurrently, since March 2013, Donald has been at Alumacraft Boat Co., overseeing product support and ensuring safety standards for new and existing products, while managing cross-departmental communication and engineering documentation. Donald's previous experience includes designing electric motors at Minnesota Electric Technology from December 2005 to March 2013 and performing tool testing at SPX/OTC in 2005. Donald holds a B.S. in Automotive Engineering Technology from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
