Alex Kaplan

Alex Kaplan is a seasoned design engineer currently working at Alumeshet since March 2023, focusing on curtainwall systems, facade units, and exterior cladding design and development. Prior roles include co-founding AlUr Brend Ltd, where Alex oversaw sewing production of furniture covers and knitwear from August 2021 to July 2022. From October 2014 to August 2021, Alex served as CEO of Rector Lesage, managing market research and strategic planning for a construction branch. Prior experience also includes significant leadership positions at MetallProfil, where responsibilities spanned branch management and overseeing a large workforce across several production and sales divisions. Academic credentials include a postgraduate degree in Metal and Wooden Structures and an engineering diploma in Industrial and Civil Construction, both from Belarusian National Technical University.
