Matthew Townend is a seasoned ICT professional with extensive experience in technical support roles. Currently serving as a Senior ICT Support Technician at Alumet since June 2022, Matthew has previously held positions as an Account Service Coordinator at Aspire Technology Solutions and as an ICT Support Technician at Buckingham Group Contracting Ltd. Prior to these roles, Matthew worked as an IT Assistant at Alumet and has a solid educational background with a Diploma of Higher Education in Network Computing from the University of Staffordshire, complemented by studies at Daventry Tertiary College and Danetre School.
