Lasindu Gayashan

Lasindu Gayashan is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in die design and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Executive in Die Design at Alumex PLC, Lasindu leads a design team in the development of precision extrusion dies and maintains detailed technical drawings and models. Previous roles include Project Engineer at RanAccess (Pvt) Ltd, where Lasindu managed project teams and budgets, and Consultant at John Keells Holdings PLC, where innovative R&D projects were successfully delivered. Early career experiences as a Trainee Designer and Engineering Intern provided foundational skills in die design and automation projects. Lasindu holds a Master of Engineering in Energy Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Moratuwa.
