Fatima Yousuf

Fatima Yousuf is a Battery Engineer at Aluminio Inc since January 2024, with previous experience as an Honors Undergraduate Research Assistant at Berkeley Lab, where projects focused on dual salt electrolytes and cathode material stability. Fatima held a Battery Materials R&D Internship at Coreshell Technologies, Inc. and contributed to the ChemE Car project at Berkeley. As an Undergraduate Student Researcher at UCLA, Fatima developed an electrochemical roadside cannabis detector. Fatima also interned at Caltech, working on a project related to turbulent flow and coronary heart disease. Additionally, Fatima served as a STEM Peer Mentor and Tutor at Santa Monica College, providing academic support and facilitating workshops. Fatima earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, following studies at Santa Monica College.
