Nadya Ally

Nadya Ally is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability and program analysis. Currently serving as Sustainability Director at The Aluminum Association since August 2022, Nadya develops and communicates sustainability strategies. Prior to this role, experience as a Program Analyst at Allegheny Science & Technology involved managing eight transportation projects for the Department of Energy focused on environmental justice and emissions reductions. Previously, Nadya held various positions at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, including Business Specialist and Communications Specialist, delivering impactful data analyses and progress reports for governmental partners. Educational credentials include a Professional MBA from Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
