Tori Lovell has a diverse work experience. Tori started their career as a Sales Associate at Nordstrom from May 2011 to September 2014, where they excelled in customer relations and was responsible for training new hires in selling tactics. Tori then worked as an Administrator at Michele's Daycare from June 2011 to December 2015, where they assisted in the establishment of the daycare, managed employee schedules, and ensured state licensing compliance. Tori joined Principia Biopharma in March 2015 as an Office Coordinator and later progressed to roles such as HR Coordinator/Office Manager, HR Representative, and HR Generalist until September 2020 when the company was acquired by Sanofi. At Sanofi, Tori served as a Human Resources Generalist from September 2020 to June 2021. Currently, they are employed at Alumis as an Associate Director of People and Culture since September 2021 and is soon expected to transition into the role of Director of People and Culture in June 2023.

Tori Lovell obtained an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Canada College in the years 2011-2014. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Brandman University from 2015-2016.
