Kristine Guthrie

Kristine Guthrie has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Sr Director of People & Culture at Vontier from September 2024 to August 2025, Kristine previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Fortive from July 2016 to October 2024. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources at Danaher from August 2011 to July 2016, HR Manager at Coty Beauty from February 2003 to August 2011, and Operations Manager at Youngblood Staffing from October 1999 to February 2003. Kristine holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Campbell University and a Master of Science in Human Resources from Western Carolina University.
