Madhavi Akella currently serves as the People and Culture Chair, Operations Chair, Advisor, and Ambassador at The Pad Project since August 2020. Additionally, Madhavi holds multiple roles including Director, Presidential Associate, and Coordinator for Internal Campus Volunteers at the Alumni Scholars Club at UCLA since October 2022. As a Volunteer and Youth Ambassador Program Coordinator for Alzheimer's San Diego since May 2020, Madhavi has also contributed as Community Resource Liaison on the Student Wellness and Education Resources Committee and participated in the Mentor Assistance Program at UC San Diego until June 2022. In the summer of 2021, Madhavi developed a mental health curriculum for the San Diego Unified School District. Madhavi earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology and Society from UCLA and a High School Diploma from Scripps Ranch High School.
