Shail Highbloom

Shail Highbloom is a seasoned professional in the venture capital sector, currently serving as Senior Manager of the Platform at Alumni Ventures since August 2022, following roles as Senior Associate and Associate within the same organization. Shail is also a member of Global Women in VC and the VC Platform Global Community, which fosters connections among leaders in the venture capital space. Prior experience includes managing operations for startup portfolios at Stone Arch Group, LLC, and contributions as a Senior Investment Analyst, alongside roles as a Student Consultant at Tulane University and product management internships at SiriusXM and iXperience CT. Shail holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from Tulane University, complemented by international studies at Universidad Pontificia Comillas and WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
