Deeptendu D. is a distinguished member of the technical staff at Alumnus Software Limited, with extensive experience spanning from December 2004 to the present. As the Customer Solutions Head, Deeptendu focuses on understanding customer business challenges and assembling teams to deliver effective solutions, including architecting a Text Analytics Platform for social listening. Previous roles include Group Lead and Manager, overseeing projects in text analytics for pharmacovigilance and WAN optimization products, utilizing various technologies and methodologies. Deeptendu has also contributed to media streaming solutions and has experience in VPN and firewall product development at Novell, Bangalore. Deeptendu holds an M.Tech. in Cybersecurity and a BE in Mechanical Engineering.
