Mafdy Ramsis

Mafdy Ramsis has a diverse work history in the field of Human Resources. Mafdy began their career at Marathon Travel as an HR Specialist, where they were responsible for the Compensation & Benefits Section and payroll for over 1000 employees. Mafdy then moved on to Orascom Trading, where they worked as an HR Specialist. Since 2017, Mafdy has been working at AluNile, starting as a Senior Human Resources Specialist before being promoted to Human Resources Team Lead and eventually HR Section Head.

Mafdy Ramsis pursued their education with a Diploma in Human Resource from The American University in Cairo, which they obtained in the year 2015. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Multimedia Journalism from the same institution, spanning from 2008 to 2013.
