Andrei Hancharou

Andrei Hancharou is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in engineering and design across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Design Engineer at Alutech since July 2020, Andrei specializes in developing visual solutions and design documentation for aluminum facade systems and spider facade systems. Previous roles include Game Designer at EVA LLC, Design Engineer at Alutherm, and Lead Design Engineer positions at both Dom-Vetraz and BIAL Group, where Andrei focused on project management and visual solutions. Early career experience includes serving as a Structural Engineer at Belarusian Railway, where responsibilities included developing design drawings and supervising construction. Andrei holds a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Design and Media from European Humanities University and an Engineer’s Degree in Industrial and Civil Construction from Belarusian National Technical University.
