John Paul Sindol, MBA, has a diverse range of work experience. John Paul started their career in 2016 as a Junior Teacher at 51Talk Careers Philippines. From there, they worked as an Instructor, specializing in IELTS/TEOFL/Business Communication, at Acadsoc Limited from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Bizmates Philippines, Inc as a Junior Business Consultant.

In 2021, Sindol became an Assistant Professor I at Riverside College, Inc. John Paul then transitioned to the role of a Bookkeeper at TMGSI Finance Corp. in 2022 before taking on the position of Chief Financial Officer at The Intelligent Business Group later that year.

Continuing their career progression, Sindol became a Lead Mentor at Mapúa Malayan Digital College in December 2022. John Paul simultaneously took on the role of Learning Hub Supervisor from July 2022 to May 2023. In November 2022, they also worked as a Business Writer for a private company.

In 2023, Sindol joined Uplyrn as an Accounting and Business Mentor and later moved to Aluvii Software as a Business Accountant and Admin Support.

John Paul Sindol, MBA completed their Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Colegio San Agustin-Bacolod, attending from 2006 to 2010. John Paul later pursued further education by enrolling in the University of Negros Occidental - Recoletos from 2015 to 2017, acquiring a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
