Hira Wasif

Hira Wasif is currently a Team Lead at Alva Labs, leading projects related to customer success and recruitment. Previously, Hira was involved in founding REACT Equal, a well-being organization, and worked as a Diversity and Inclusion Workshop Facilitator & Researcher at New to Sweden. Hira also has experience as a Research Assistant at Lund University and has interned at various healthcare institutions, gaining valuable experience in psychology and human resources. With a Master of Science in Psychology, Hira is focused on promoting equality and compassion in the workplace.
