Morgan Pihl

Morgan Pihl is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and development, specializing in machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions within the talent platform sector. Currently, as the Head of Research and Development at Alva Labs since March 2018, Morgan leads a team of experts, driving collaborative initiatives across various departments. Prior roles include Lead People Science at Alva Labs, where Morgan contributed significantly to the startup's growth, and a data science leadership position at Klarna, focusing on credit risk infrastructure. With a solid foundation in psychology from Umeå University, Morgan has also held positions at Pearson and Cubiks, where responsibilities included psychometric test development, data analysis, and algorithm design.
