Darlene Tapia Fuentes, LCSW, has a comprehensive background in social work and crisis intervention, with current roles as a Social Worker at Alvarado ISD and a Crisis Interventionist at Medical City Healthcare since May 2019. Additional experience includes working as a Therapist with MDstaffers and serving as a Social Worker I for FWISD. Darlene held the position of Assessment Coordinator at Mayhill Hospital and was a Program Manager at Communities In Schools of Greater Tarrant County. Darlene has also completed multiple internships, including roles at the Arlington Police Department and Lena Pope. Educational credentials include a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Social Work, both from The University of Texas at Arlington.
