Tracy “Td” Knapp

Tracy "TD" Knapp has over 25 years of experience in development, project management, and construction management. Tracy “TD” has worked in various roles and companies, including Alvarado Restaurant Nation as Vice President of Development, Mammoth Holdings, LLC as Director of Construction and Facilities, and GPM Investments, LLC as a Senior Project Manager -Remodels. Before that, they owned their own consulting business, Nehemiah Development Services, LLC, specializing in commercial projects, particularly restaurants and retail. Tracy “TD” also served as the Director for the Southeast Region at KPS Commercial Construction and the Sr. Manager of Projects at JLL. In their earlier career, they worked as a Construction Manager at Dunkin' Brands and Wendys International, managing new store projects and franchise construction and development. Tracy “TD” began their career as a Project Manager at Roy J Yoder Architects, Inc., where they managed architectural and construction-related tasks for Wendy's franchisees and corporate stores.

Tracy "TD" Knapp has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from West Virginia State University. Additionally, Knapp holds an Associate of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Columbus State Community College.
