David Kelly

Mr. Kelly recently joined Westport Properties, Inc. and US Storage Centers, Inc. as Development Manager. Mr. Kelly brings to Westport Properties, Inc. over a decade of experience in construction management, due-diligence, entitlement and development activities in multiple geographic regions. Mr. Kelly recently developed over 700,000 Sq. Ft. of retail product throughout the Bay Area for the publicly traded REIT. Mr. Kelly, a native of Southern California, started his career with the publicly traded national home builder based in Irvine, CA. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with an Emphasis in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Chapman University. Mr. Kelly regularly participates in Habitat for Humanity build days and traveled to Thailand following the Tsunami of 2006, he also participates in United Way activities and looks forward to contributing his time to Kure It. In his free time Mr. Kelly enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children and is an avid golfer.
