J.t. Garofalo

J.T. Garofalo is a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a robust background in project management across various prestigious companies. Currently employed at Alvarez & Marsal Property Solutions since April 2021, J.T. has previously held senior roles at Tishman Speyer, Stantec, and CBRE, among others. With a career starting as an Architectural Technician at Partners by DESIGN incorporated in 1998, J.T. progressed to Project Director roles before advancing to senior project management positions. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Community and Regional Planning from Iowa State University and studies for a Master’s in Historic Preservation at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
