Currently serving as Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal Property Solutions since October 2016, Kevin leads a team dedicated to delivering client-centric property management services in the Chicagoland area. Previously, Kevin held positions as Director and Real Estate Manager at Rasmussen College, where involvement included comprehensive real estate needs and oversight of a $21MM occupancy budget for 28 locations nationwide. Kevin started the career as Property Manager at Brandywine Realty Trust and achieved recognition at CBRE for excellence in building management, including a TOBY Award and LEED – Gold Certification. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
