Richard Fleming

Richard Fleming is a seasoned professional in the field of restructuring, currently serving as the European Head of Restructuring at Alvarez & Marsal since March 2017. Prior to this role, Richard held several significant positions at KPMG UK from 2009 to March 2017, including Chair of Restructuring, UK Head of Advisory, and UK Head of Deal Advisory. Richard also led the UK Head of Restructuring from 2012 to 2015 and was a member of the Global Advisory Executive Team. Earlier experience includes a partnership in the Restructuring division at Ernst & Young from April 2002 to April 2003 and a long tenure at Arthur Andersen from December 1986 to March 2002 as a Partner in Restructuring. Richard holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Tasmania, earned between 1983 and 1986.
