Ben Conant

Ben Conant has extensive work experience in the IT field. Ben started their career in 2000 as a Support Specialist at Client Logic and later worked as a Network Specialist at White Horse Consulting, where they ensured client satisfaction and worked on various networking equipment. In 2003, they worked as a Knowledge Specialist at Phillips, Straw, where they converted knowledge bases from AKBS to Kana. Ben then served as a Wireless Administrator/Instructor at Boys and Girls Club of America, responsible for installing and maintaining computers on a wireless network.

In 2004, Ben Conant joined ADT Security Services as a Commercial Sales Representative. Ben then worked at Tellico Village as a Network & Systems Administrator III, troubleshooting and repairing systems ranging from Exchange and Active Directory to Cisco Call Manager VOIP phone systems. Ben also worked closely with the AS400 vendor to maintain uptime and handled other systems like Linux web servers and Cisco routers.

In 2011, Ben Conant joined Claris Networks as a Systems Administrator II. Finally, in 2012, they joined Alvarez Technology Group where they held multiple roles, including Senior Systems Administrator and Manager of Network Operations. In these roles, they were responsible for managing OpsCenter Techs and resolving escalated "senior" level issues. Ben also led the LabTech deployment project and acquired LabTech certification.

Throughout their career, Ben Conant has gained expertise in troubleshooting, project management, and network administration.

Ben Conant attended ITT Technical Institute from 2000 to 2005, where they earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Network Systems Technology and a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Information System Security. In April 2013, they obtained the CCENT certification from Cisco.
