Justin Davis

Justin Davis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Justin is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Alvaria, Inc., responsible for implementing a successful recruiting strategy and leading a global team. Before that, they served as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at the same company. Prior to their tenure at Alvaria, Justin worked as the talent acquisition manager at Indaba Global Coaching, LLC, where they recruited and onboarded new coaches and trained the recruiting team. Justin also had the role of an Account Executive at Indaba, where they successfully grew a client base and managed pre and post-sales activities. Justin briefly worked as a Talent Partner for Atlassian at Talentful, where they cultivated relationships with hiring managers and brought in top talent. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Airtime, Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., and Candy Wraps, where they gained experience in project management, leadership, and sales.

Justin Davis has a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from the University of South Florida. Justin previously obtained an Associate's degree in Art/Art Studies, General from St. Petersburg College. Prior to that, they attended the University of South Florida for Chemical Engineering.
