Barney Horwich Caia

Barney Horwich CAIA CFA has an extensive work experience. Barney is currently working at AlTi Tiedemann Global as the Associate Partner and Head of Research since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Managing Director and Head of Research at Alvarium starting from November 2015. Before that, Barney was the Head of Fund Research at LJ Athene Investment Advisors Limited, starting from August 2013. Barney also worked as an Analyst at LJ Athene Investment Advisors Ltd from April 2011 to August 2013. Barney's career began at Deloitte Private Client Services in September 2008, where they held the role of Senior Associate until April 2011.

Barney Horwich CAIA CFA earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UCL from 2005 to 2008. In April 2009, they obtained the Investment Management Certificate from CFA. In May 2010, they earned the Certificate in Financial Planning from CII. In September 2012, they became a CAIA member through the CAIA Association. In April 2012, they obtained the CISI Diploma from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI). In August 2015, they achieved the CFA charter from the CFA Institute, and in November 2015, they obtained the Chartered FCSI from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).
