Michael Tiedemann

Michael Tiedemann is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in financial services, currently serving as CEO of AlTi Tiedemann Global since January 2023. Previously, Tiedemann held the CEO position at Tiedemann Advisors and TIG Advisors, LLC from March 2000 until January 2023. Tiedemann's earlier career includes significant roles such as Head of Sales Trading for Latin America at Credit Suisse First Boston and experience in equity research and sales trading at Banco Garantia, where substantial time was spent in Brazil. Tiedemann began in the finance industry as an Emerging Markets Research Analyst at Tiedemann Investment Group. Tiedemann holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Ohio Wesleyan University, where studies were completed from 1989 to 1993.
