Othman Ben Younes

Othman Ben Younes has extensive experience in the HVAC field, currently serving as a Technicien chargé de client CVCS at Alvazzi Groupe SA since August 2023, where responsibilities include maintenance, troubleshooting, and managing client relations. Previously, Othman held the position of Responsable maintenance at Hervé thermique from February 2021 to May 2023, overseeing a team of five technicians and managing the GMAO system. Othman also served as a site manager at SPIE, responsible for technical teams and GMAO oversight in various contracts. Prior roles include responsibility for maintenance at major banking and data center sites with JLL, CVC technician roles at Faceo and CVC, and as a Technicien itinérant at Société COFATHEC. Othman has a solid educational background with multiple degrees in electrotechnics and refrigeration technology from institutions including Lycée Raspail and AFPA de Stains.
